Meet Bailey!
Hi! I'm Bailey, Owner and Artist of Brow Boulevard! I'm a one-person studio in Vadnais Heights, MN located in The Suites.
I was raised in Lino Lakes, MN growing up competing in barrel racing and rodeos with my horses. I have multiple fur-babies aside from the farm that include a mini aussie and 3 cats! I love to keep myself busy with a life full of chaos, as I am active in the world of real estate as a REALTOR® along with recently renovating a property in Stillwater, MN.
I started my job as a licensed tattoo artist to give clients the most natural looking brows achieved with permanent makeup. I love being my own boss and dedicating my energy to giving you exactly what you want in your appointment with me. My goal is to make you feel the best version in your skin with minimal maintenance! I love building a relationship with each of you, so having fun and laughing definitely takes part in your appointment with me!

I'm dedicated to giving the most natural permanent makeup to each client- my goal is to make it difficult for anyone to tell you've have it 'done'!
I splurge on my pigments, using high quality, vegan pigments and lasting retention. These pigments will not turn any funny colors over time (no blues, red or greys!). I use the most precise needles and blades during each appointment, helping to mimic real brow hairs.
I'm committed to continuing ongoing training, advancing my skills and keeping up with current trends.
Each set of brows are completely custom to your facial structure and anatomy, using measuring techniques so your brows fit perfect to your face!
